The one thing, though, that we all had in common was that everyone was looking for new things to try and do to keep themselves busy.

As we all know Lockdown was a nightware for most of us. Its was for me too because in the first six months all i did was work watch series and sleep. Which resulted gained extra weight, after a huge realisation around august i made my diet plan and reduced over 18 kg of weight in around 4-5 months and now recently i joined gym to get back in shape. Apparently i lost way to much so working out now after office hours.??

Greetings of the day!
The part of the WFH is, you will perform within you own comfortable zone. The best part is after a tiring day when you get food from mother, food feels like stress reliving products. Humans two important part in life job and home. In WFH time both came together. Basically it’s easy to balance both life if yoy are in WFH.

The shift to remote work has given many of us a new perspective on how we do our jobs. Without the context of a shared workspace or the rhythm of a typical office day, our own personalities are having far more of a say in our performance.

It follows, then, that the best way to maximize our output in a WFH environment is to better know our personalities—and those of our dispersed colleague

In work from home brings both challenges and opportunities, and requires a shift in a whole range of working practices.
Establish a physical working environment that’s secure and comfortable, with minimal distractions. Give our day a structure and a routine that allows for breaks, and plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Maintain our productivity by focusing on our goals, organizing our tasks, and tackling procrastination. But we don’t forget to give yourself some downtime when we need it. Also, build in time for our friends and family. We have responsibilities to them, too.
Celebrate team and personal successes, and keep a record of the tasks we complete, so that we can see how productive we are being.
And take the time to maintain and cultivate relationships with our co-workers through transparency and clear communication. This helps to combat any sense of isolation, and promotes strong team bonds.

Fewer distractions, fewer physical meetings and decreased travel time led to increased productivity in many cases, with some workers reporting they were able to increase their efficiency by as much as 30% during the working from home period.
We learned that we do not have to be in the office to get work done effectively even when it involves team collaboration. It was reported widely across the business that people felt we actually had more communication during the working from home period than previously

Lockdown taught me how to fight with despression and how you can find your true self. It has been an experience. We often feel alone even with hundreds of people around us, that’s when we need to understand our true passion and start working towards it. If we channelize our evil thoughts into something constructive, nothing can be better than that

First and the best thing in WFH is we can EAT while working , who doesnt love foods especially people like me who stayed away from home for work, can eat home foods which is really special for me all the time, especially when my mom prepared snacks in evening always though im working hard so i need refreshment snack to enthusiast my mood for better working, this is one thing which i really love about WFH even though lot of hassles like sometimes internet issue, electricity issue and so on, having food is that one things that changed the entire mood of working , so i think this is how WFH brings joy in my daily routine.
thank you

Lord Of the New Normal 🙂 Right from attending meetings, wrapping up the tasks on time, babysitting, Shopping, Cooking, Travelling and ultimately having I, me, myself -time at the end of the day. This WFH has changed the lives drastically. Being a multi-tasker 😛 Strongly believe that everyone gets equal time and time management is equally important. Actually the work from home method totally changed my work nature. As a BDT, It was really a hard task to graduate from BDT to BDA during the lockdown period. I was promised 7LPA package at the time of onboarding and after when I got graduated as a BDA, they suddenly changed my designation to ISA and revised my salary package to 5LPA. Then I got transferred to the Kerala Pre-Sales team handled by AVP Ajay sir after 2 months as BDA. But now, one of the most irritating situation is that we need to work 6 days continuously every week. Our attendance parameter is to achieve 3hours of call time every day from refurbished leads. Actually we are working from morning to evening, rapidly calling more than 100 customers a day to get rid of LOP’s. At least company should consider our health issues due to the above said issue.

So i came up with a game of spin the bottle with names of my friends from my college , school , and other friends. So whoever name used to pop i would call or video call that person and talk about the moments we created together and how’s lock down effecting their life and how we can help each other to overcome problems. The lock down sort of made some of my bonds strong I’d say.

I was never thought that I have to spend this much time in home after the lockdown. In first month of lockdown everything is going great and I’m thinking that finally the special moment is here to spend a lot of time with the family members, but after some month it was really hard to spend that much of time in home and a family pressure is generated at that moment. Then just like an opportunity I got a chance to join with Byjus, then my time was just change and today I’m really happy with my job and the curriculum of the company and for me it’s really a good moment to work with Byjus.

March 24, 2021

WFH is both good and bad
GOOD because we can stay close to our family and have amazing home cooked food. Otherwise our parents always would be like when are you coming home, don’t you have time to call and all the other reasons. So WFH has helped us be close to our family all time.

BAD because we miss the office surroundings. Its fun and you get to know a lot of people and you can make a lot friends and crazy memories.

ankit veumar jaiswal

March 24, 2021

It was march 8 2020, curricular circulated across the university, its 15 days holiday for all, and the story begins there…enjoyed fully first 15 days, but it keeps on extending as the days passes got the degree happiness spread among all students, online classes were fun and difficult as well, missed all the final year enjoyment…
faced money related problems, learned how to manage in less things, spending time with the family was unconventional, watching Ramayana was exciting with grandmother, used lockdown for productive activities…..some times it was very interesting until and unless you are not watching the news…….

It becomes a source of good learning that is a very different form of academic achievement. So think of this as an opportunity where you can use your head, heart and hands to nurture the self. When we are 50, 60, and 70 yrs of age, we can hopefully look back to these days and tell our children and grandchildren some powerful stories about how the world changed one fine day in March 2020, when an unseen, unheard of and unknown species wrought collective havoc on mankind by the changing the way we lived, dramatically, drastically and maybe decisively.

WFH gave me the opportunity to re-discover myself, to spend more quality time with my family. Also, literally, I have done everything which was on-trend. Tried my hands on Dalgona Coffee to Biriyani (thanks to YouTube!). Tried to paint, the habit which I have left in my school days. Watched almost all thriller movie- web series which got released. Met my college-friends over zoom and what not. I think we should accept the situation with a smile, try to find some positivity in the worst negative time. Really, there are a lot!

Lockdown was full of ups and downs. Being confined to our homes with no outside social interactions with fellow humans, with all this i’ve kept a positive head, always looking towards the current challenge of lockdown as an adaptive learning experience that we all have faced.
As my motto goes “always live to learn, to try and fail, but most of all keeping it real”.

SUMAIYA TAJ

March 24, 2021

Lockdown was the most memorable time in my life. It thaught me the value of family. The time spent with our loved ones was very precious. In this so called busy life we had lost the touch of the quality time with family ,this lockdown just broke the walls and bought us back, from those small fights with your siblings to those giggles after getting screwed from parents it took us back to our childhood. To me this lockdown was an excellent time well spent with the right people.

Well lock down showed us the importance of life, importance of health, importance of nature.
Also till now how we all were running behind the materialistic things rather than our loved ones,
Lockdown showed how important it is to spend some quality time with your family, and loved ones.
It was the time when i felt i m so blessed with everything i have, family , food and a home, which sometimes we take it for granted.
We also got the lesson here , savings are not just savings, its future income.
We all were at home, not earning, not working, in that situation people went in to depression due to no saving or less savings,
So over all it was a pandemic situation though it taught us, snd giben lessons to remmber for lifetime.
Writing after ages* ?

Scored 80. Thank you for making me remember the lockdown days which was special and would have been different for all of us out here. For me it was an opportunity to understand myself and to look into my life in a different perspective. With the negative impacts which covid made in ma life it paved a way to positive turning points too. It was a bit struggling which helped me realise life wont be easy always. I believe anything which happens in life is for some good and ultimately we will find happiness. Never miss out opportunities without giving our 100% and only absorb positivity in what we see and try to help out others in all possible ways with pure heart.
