More often than not, we get caught up in our daily routine and forget to take care of ourselves. With the current scenario causing us to feel more stressed and anxious, it is extremely important to not only be kind to others but also our own selves, and that is where self-care comes in. You could do something simple like head out for a quick stroll or reach out to your close ones to let it all out. At the end of the day, it is all about feeling good.
Remember, you have to nourish to flourish.
Start small!
Many people think self-care is time-consuming, but the key is to start small and be consistent.
Choose one thing that makes you happy and squeeze it into your routine. The more you do it, the more likely it is to become a feel-good habit. Dedicating a little time every day for yourself is sure to leave you feeling positive. This will lead to better productivity, and in the long run, will even boost your confidence and self-esteem. And that is how you build your self-care ritual!
There are a lot of activities that one can try out without having to take out a huge chunk of their time from a busy day to live mindfully and take care of yourself when you feel worn out
The Basics (Takes 10 mins or lesser)
Getting There (Takes lesser than 30 mins)
Almost-a-pro Mode (Takes 30 mins – 1 hour)
The current times can be overwhelming and it may seem tough to take care of your health. Instead of letting your thoughts spiral out, hit the pause button and choose to pamper yourself. So, next time you feel exhausted, try these tricks and recharge your physical, mental and spiritual battery.
Dont forget, as with everything, self-care takes practice
and with enough persistence, you will feel the peace and happiness in your heart and mind.
Tell us what your self-care routine looks like in the comments section below!

Fresh air is what your mind and body need the most during this pandemic period. Get up early in the morning do some stretches and exercises along with it go for a brisk walk (do not forget to put on the masks) and have a healthy breakfast this routine itself can make a huge change in you. Following these routine can help the body to stay fresh the entire day. Also recent studies have shown that drinking more water can help us fight against viruses,so stay hydrated. Try to take up a diet that boosts the immune system try to consume more green and leafy vegetables you can also include more protien rich food to your diet . This pandemic time also gives enough time for us to unlearn certain things, learn new things and analyse your past and to re-engineer yourself to a better person with a better personality.
