I sleep for 6-8hrs,breakfast for me is idli,Poha and parathas,at work I usually use stairs,while holiday I walk around and exploring the place,I travel to work by metro and walk to office ,I order in or eat out rarely ,my daily water count is I don’t keep count,exercise isa must ,I exercise every single day.

Physical health is a very important aspect of our life. Daily exercise, nutritious food etc will boost your stamina and immune system.
