BYJU’S culture is defined by its values, mission and most importantly its people. A lot has changed in this past year. Through all this, though, the one thing that has remained constant is the dynamic culture and sense of community that define our workplace. BYJUites are always at the very core of all our efforts.
Even though we are all staying apart, we understand the need to feel connected and the importance of maintaining a good work life balance. Throughout the lockdown, we actively engaged with the BYJUS folks through fun virtual workshops and events, making work from home exciting and reinforcing the camaraderie among teams.

But first, wellness
Focussing on wellness has never been more relevant. And therefore, BYJUites are equipped with the right resources to take care of their physical and mental health, as they continue to work remotely. Keeping this in mind we keep organising several weekly activities based on fitness and health. Multiple fitness-based events, workshops, and contests focused on overall wellness are hosted too. From yoga to zumba, bhangra, nutrition and bolly-fitness workshops, employees have been actively participating and benefiting from these events.
Learning on the go, but make it fun
At BYJUS, we firmly believe in continuous learning and growing. Even while de-stressing, we ensure that BYJUites are learning something new in the process.. From mandala art to baking, effective communication, and photography workshops for the shutterbugs, BYJUites got an opportunity to engage their creative side with various fun and interactive sessions.
Contests and fun galore
Who doesnt love a contest? Throughout this WFH period, we had a slew of contests to keep the BYJUS workforce engaged. From fun quizzes to photo and painting contests, we ensured that BYJUites are making the most of their WFH time. These fun contests and competitions were also a great way to inspire motivation and a sense of togetherness while we worked remotely.
