Women across the world are assuming key strategic roles, demonstrating everything thats possible when they take their rightful place on the table. Its not just about representation, rather creating real-world, real-life impact. And women – resilient and powerful as they are – are ensuring that they leave their imprint through action.
BYJUS being no exception. As an organisation led and spearheaded by many powerful women, across teams and levels, we have first-hand experience of the capabilities of strong leadership. And the possibilities when theres a gender agnostic approach to innovation and problem-solving.
What we need now is to sustain this momentum, and steer the conversation to instil real impact. How do we support each other? What does it mean to be an ally? And how do we be better allies to each other? In honour of International Womens Day 2021, we posed these questions to the women of BYJUS.
