For your fourth Summer Camp activity, lets chill a bit and just enjoy the summer! After dealing with the sense of sound, smell and sight, its now time to play around with the sense of taste! And what goes better with the hot summer than ice cream, right?
Remember the first time you picked your favourite ice cream, sat lazily under a shed, and just allowed a scoop of that ice cream to slowly melt in your mouth? That whole chilled sensation leaving an instant sweetness in your tongue is altogether a different experiment. It quenches your thirst while simultaneously making you crave for more at the end. After all, the sense of taste is a tricky affair. It just doesnt let you stop at one ice cream!
So today, ditch those store-bought ice creams, as you will learn to make these sweet coolers at home from scratch. And mind you, they are as healthy as yummy!

Icant make a make ice cream but, Today I made a yummy ?chocolate
cake ?with waste parle -g biscuit
And I want to it with you all
Ingredients –
Parle-g -15 to 20 pieces
Coaco powder -3 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
Ghee -6-8tbsp
Milk -2tbsp
Method –
First crush all biscuit till it comes in the state the stage of powder
And then mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar and ghee with powder of
Biscuit powder,after that slowly add the milk and mix it after that
Take a bowl or a mould for the cake and then just put foil in it or
butter papper then pour all better in the bowl after that wait for
30mins and let’s make icing for our cake ,making icing you need classic
coffee, powdered sugar,First put coffee (amount of your choice)
in a bowl and put powdered sugar(double of coffee you added) in bowl
And then mix it then slowly pour some water(of room temperature)
And mix it with hand beater (don’t use electric beater) and mix it
Till it comes in a thick consistency.
And your homemade no fire ?no bake cake is ready with your homemade
cake icing,Now enjoy it with your friends and family

For the rainbow popsicles, the fruits are seasonal and it’s difficult to get all 4 of them at once, so I tried making Oreo Ice-cream and it was not so good, but still I will try making the other two.

As soon as I saw this blog, I had finalized that I will 100% surely make mango kulfi. I made it. Made out of the simplest ingredients this kulfi was amazing! I was running out of cornflour that day so I used a few tablespoons of milk powder, one can also use custard powder or fresh cream instead. It tastes just like a perfect kulfi, not an ice-cream. I absolutely loved it ??
Thank you byjus, your recipe for mango kulfi was better than the professional’s recipes!
